I love that billboard, or whatever you call it.
I won’t recommend a film exactly but I’m excited because the 2nd season of the Tudors is starting here today…10 episodes in the next five days. So this week I’ll be going back in time. Adieu ;)
hello beautiful,
saw it. AMAZING. come on over to my site and see the pancakes we made in honor of them!
regarding movies?
hellboy II – soo much better than part I, and the entire cast obviously had tons-o-fun!
take care,
b
It’s officially my favourite movie of all time.
I agree with my brother Bronx on Hellboy 2. You might also want to check out Wall-E. It’s an amazing movie.
devil mood — i’m not capable of getting into another tv show now!
bronxbt — i will see what i can do regarding hellboy. if i’m going to see the second, i might as well see the first.
aaron — thanks for the suggestion. i’ve already seen Wall-E. loved it.
The Diving Bell and the Butterfly. Especially moving because it’s a true, amazing story. I couldn’t (and still can’t) stop thinking about it. The narrator said that there are two things that can’t be taken from us: our memories and our imaginations. That belief made his limited but expansive life possible.
christine — thanks! i have it on jove’s hard drive, and will try to watch it tonight!
I still recommend Pourquoi Pas Moi?, an astounding film which I’ve mentioned on here before. Or an amazing German movie called Goodbye Lenin!. Trust me.
i tend to do movies on Friday more than Monday. and I have indeed seen the Dark Knight. my reccomendation for you is The Bible and Gun Club, an oddball indie movie from the 90’s about door-to-door salesmen.
electric — i have added the first one you mentioned to my zip list a long time ago…but sometimes it takes a long time for the movies to arrive…not to mention…i have over 200 titles added to my list. (www.zip.ca)
doktor — i do movies whenever i can! doesn’t matter the day of the week! :) thanks for the suggestion. i will check it out!
movie: following
mickey — thanks! i’ll check it out!
I saw “Lions for Lambs” a couple of weeks ago, and when it was over, sat there for about ten minutes. Wow. I HIGHLY recommend it.
ophelia — thank you! i’ve zipped it at http://www.zip.ca!
Loved the Dark Knight…
Movie: Roman de Gare
I will definitely go out and see that film.
I recommend the film, 2046 directed by Kar Wai Wong
i LOVE that film!!
been hearing a lot about this flick…~!
I really want to see The Dark Knight. Probably won’t until after I graduate next month.
If you like stupid humor, I just saw Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox story and thought it was really funny.
I’m going to the premiere of Pineapple Express next week!
I saw The Dark Knight the other day– a tour de force!
I recommend “The Good Night,”about a man who tries to escape his problems through dreaming.
Oh, I second “The Diving Bell and the Butterfly,” a unique story, told in a unique way.
thanks everyone! i’ve added your suggestions to zip (www.zip.ca), although i haven’t been able to find a couple of the titles…
